What if I don’t know what I need?
To identify the type of hose you require we need to know:
- What is the ID and the length of hose needed?
- What is the medium being transported through the hose?
- What is the maximum working pressure?
- What is the working temperature range?
- Is this a suction or delivery hose? Or Both?
- Are fittings required?
Based on your answers to the above we can recommend a hose that meets your requirements.

How can I pay?
We accept payment by card and bank transfer or alternatively you can apply for a trading account.

How do I apply for a trading account?
To apply for a trading account please download this application form and either post it to us or scan and email it. Please ensure you sign our Terms and Conditions which appear at the bottom of the application form.
How long does it take for a trade application to be processed?
We aim to process all applications within 24 hours, if your application is urgent please contact us on 01902 606010 and we will escalate this process.
ORDERS
Order confirmations are sent via email for every order we receive. We aim to send out order confirmations within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you have not received your conformation within the 24 hour period, please contact our sales team on 01902 606010.
What are the delivery charges?
Charges for deliveries depend on a number of factors for example weight, size and the delivery method. If you have any questions regarding delivery charges please contact us on 01902 606010.
What is the Carriage paid terms?
To discuss carriage paid terms please contact your Account Manager on 01902 606010.
Can I collect?
Orders can be collected from our trade counter, opening times are 8:30am-5:00pm
I have received an incorrect item what should I do?
If you have received an incorrect item please contact as within 24 hours of receipt of your order on 01902 606010.
What if I have an issue with an order?
Any issues regarding orders, please contact our sales team on 01902 606010.
RETURNS
If you would like to return your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. A handling charge of 15% may be applied for non faulty products being returned. Winster reserves the right to reject the return of non faulty products.
I have received a faulty item / My Item has become faulty, what should I do?
For issues regarding the quality of your product, please contact our Business Manager Mel on 01902 606010 who will be happy to resolve your issue.

The minimum order value is £300.
Office Opening Times
Our office opening times are 8:30 am -5:00 pm. If you call us before or after this time then please leave us a message and we will reply on our return.
How do I see Technical sheets?
The technical sheets can be downloaded from the product pages on our website. If you can not view the technical sheets please give our sales team a call on 01902 606010 and they will be happy to supply you with the required specification.

I have a Complaint who can I speak to
If the complaint is regarding quality, please contact our Business Manager using the contact form on the quality page of our website.
