What if I don’t know what I need?
To identify the type of hose you require we need to know:
- What is the ID and the length of hose needed?
- What is the medium being transported through the hose?
- What is the maximum working pressure?
- What is the working temperature range?
- Is this a suction or delivery hose? Or Both?
- Are fittings required?
Based on your answers to the above we can recommend a hose that meets your requirements.
How can I pay?
We accept payment by card, bank transfer, and cheque or alternatively you can apply for a trading account. Please note all cheques must be cleared before goods can ship.

How do I apply for a trading account?
To apply for a trading account please download this application form and either post it to us or scan and email it. Please ensure you sign our Terms and Conditions which appear at the bottom of the application form.
How long does it take for a trade application to be processed?
We aim to process all applications within 24 hours, if your application is urgent please contact us on 01902 606010 and we will escalate this process.
Can I get order confirmations?
Order confirmations are sent via email for every order we receive. We aim to send out order confirmations within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you have not received your conformation within the 24 hour period, please contact our sales team on 01902 606010.
What are the delivery charges?
Charges for deliveries depend on a number of factors for example weight, size and the delivery method. If you have any questions regarding delivery charges please contact us on 01902 606010.

I have received an incorrect item what should I do?
If you have received an incorrect item please contact as within 24 hours of receipt of your order on 01902 606010.
What if I have an issue with an order?

What is the criteria for returning items?
If you would like to return your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. A handling charge of 15% may be applied for non faulty products being returned. Winster reserves the right to reject the return of non faulty products.
I have received a faulty item / My Item has become faulty, what should I do?

What is the MOV?
